1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer governs the terms of use of artificial intelligence software (hereinafter — the "Program") that provides image processing capabilities.
1.2. Payments made within the Program are considered gratuitous donations to the Author under the terms of this Offer.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. The Program is intended solely for entertainment purposes in compliance with applicable law.
2.2. It is prohibited to use the Program to process images of minors or materials violating third-party rights.
2.3. By making payments, the User confirms their legal age and capacity.

3. Financial Conditions

3.1. All payments within the Program are voluntary donations to the Author under Article 582 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Donations:

• Do not entail reciprocal services, guarantees, or rights to the Program’s results;
• Are non-refundable, except as required by law;
• Are not payments for services but express support for the Author.
  3.3. The Author may use donations at their discretion without obligation to report.
  3.4. The User is responsible for tax obligations related to donations.

4. Liability

4.1. The Author is not liable for:

• Results of using the Program, including unmet User expectations;
• User actions violating laws or this Offer;
• Technical failures, data loss, or other consequences of using the Program.

4.2. The User agrees to compensate the Author for damages arising from third-party claims due to violations of this Offer.

4.3. By submitting photo and video materials to the Telegram bot, the User confirms that they have obtained written consent from each individual depicted in such materials for the processing of their personal data, including but not limited to collection, storage, use, transmission, and any other actions necessary for the bot’s operation.

The consent must specify:

• the purposes of data processing;
• the list of personal data to be processed;
• the validity period of the consent;
• the data subject’s right to withdraw the consent at any time.

The User undertakes to provide, upon the Operator’s request, copies of such consents or other evidence demonstrating that the data subjects have granted their consent.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. This Offer is deemed accepted upon the User’s first use of the Program or payment.
5.2. The Author reserves the right to:

• Block access for violations of this Offer;
• Restrict Program functionality at their discretion;
• Modify this Offer without prior notice.

5.3. Disputes are resolved under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
